At Camellie KY Jewels, we value the security of your personal data. In this regard, we would like to inform you about the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“KVKK”), which is in force to protect fundamental rights and freedoms, particularly the privacy of private life.
This text has been prepared to fulfill the obligation to inform under Article 10 of the KVKK. Camellie KY Jewels, as the data controller, processes your personal data within the purposes and legal limits explained below.

Collection of Personal Data
Your personal data may be collected verbally, in writing, or electronically through our website, contact forms, e-mail, WhatsApp, social media accounts, order processes, and similar channels.
Within this scope, data such as your name, surname, phone number, e-mail address, delivery information, order details, payment and invoicing information, requests, and message content may be processed.

Purposes of Processing Personal Data
Your collected personal data may be processed for the following purposes:
· To enable you to benefit from our products and services, carry out order processes, respond to customer requests, ensure product delivery, and provide after-sales support.
· To evaluate bespoke design requests, share product information and care recommendations, conduct communication activities, and improve customer satisfaction.
· To fulfill legal obligations, maintain invoice and accounting records, carry out contractual processes, and provide information to authorized public institutions and organizations when necessary.

Your personal data may be shared, where necessary for the fulfillment of the purposes stated above, with cargo and delivery companies, payment service providers, technical infrastructure and website service providers, accounting and financial advisory service providers, business partners, and legally authorized public institutions and organizations.
Your personal data is transferred in accordance with the personal data processing conditions and transfer provisions set out in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK.

Legal Grounds for Processing Personal Data
Your personal data may be processed where it is expressly provided for by law; where it is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract; where it is necessary for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligations; where it is necessary for the establishment, exercise, or protection of a right; where processing is necessary for our legitimate interests, provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms; and where your explicit consent is obtained.

Retention of Personal Data
Your personal data is retained for the period required by the purposes for which it is processed and within the legal retention periods stipulated under the relevant legislation.
When the retention period expires or the purpose of processing no longer exists, your personal data is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized in accordance with the applicable legislation.

Your Rights Under the KVKK
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
· To learn whether your personal data has been processed, to request information if it has been processed, and to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose.
· To know the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred in Türkiye or abroad, and to request correction if your personal data has been processed incompletely or inaccurately.
· To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data within the conditions stipulated under the KVKK, and to request that correction, deletion, or destruction procedures be notified to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred.
· To object to any result against you arising from the analysis of your personal data exclusively through automated systems, and to request compensation if you suffer damage due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.
